Volente · North Shore of Lake Travis · Texas Hill Country
The Village at Volente Owners Association exists to protect what makes this neighborhood worth calling home: the safety of our families, the value of our properties, and the kind of respectful, neighborly relationships that small lakeside communities are built on. Minimal, fair, and member-driven — by design.
Member Login & Pay Dues Boat Ramp ParkThe Village at Volente subdivision sits inside the Village of Volente, a small lakeside community in the Texas Hill Country about 18 miles northwest of downtown Austin — bordered by Lake Travis on one side and the Balcones Canyonlands Preserve on the other. Our association covers the Village at Volente subdivision (Phases 1–3), made up of homes along Sherman Street, Beauregard Drive, and a portion of Jackson Street. Spring brings bluebonnets and Indian blankets; year-round, our neighbors include white-tailed deer and the occasional armadillo.
Why we exist: to keep our neighborhood safe, to protect and grow the value of every property in it, and to foster the mutual respect that makes Volente feel like a village rather than a subdivision. Every decision the association makes is weighed against those three things.
We do that with a deliberately light touch. We are not a regulatory HOA and we don't seek to interfere with how you enjoy your own property. We maintain and secure the Boat Ramp Park, keep neighbors informed and connected, and act with transparency and common sense — nothing more, nothing less.
