2026 annual assessment: $200 per lot, due September 1, 2026. Own more than one lot? Adjust the quantity at checkout.

Prefer to pay by check? Make checks payable to Village at Volente Owners Association, Inc. and mail or drop off at: VVOA, c/o Sean Brown, 16417 Sherman St., Volente, TX 78641. Please write your property address on the memo line. Online payments include a small processing fee charged by the payment provider; checks have no fee.
